This experienced panel of influential Black rowers and coaches will have an in-depth discussion on the topics of race, inclusion, and equity in the sport of rowing. This panel is open to both members and non-members.

During this session, we will hear from student-athletes who will share their experiences with racial inequities and how they are using their voice and platform to advocate for racial justice. Student-athletes will also share what they need from us as an athletics community to foster belonging in their communities.
